We offer a number of state-of-the-art microneedling treatments at our North Vancouver clinics. This innovative technique uses the body’s natural healing systems to rejuvenate the skin and soften signs of aging. Our extensively trained family physicians and our skilled medical team are proud to offer one of the most advanced microneedling options available: Infini radiofrequency (RF) microneedling in Vancouver.
How Does Infini RF Microneedling Work?
Infini regenerates the treated tissues using a combination of micro-injuries and radiofrequency-stimulated heat to trigger the body into releasing collagen and elastin. The RF energy released during the procedure is carefully calibrated to reach the ideal temperature to cause a coagulation (or tightening) effect, expediting the recovery experience and remodelling the skin. Multiple passes of the microneedles at a precisely controlled depth activates the skin at multiple layers. As the healing process occurs, you should begin to see firmer, more youthful-looking skin from the foundation up.

What Skin Conditions Can Be Treated with Infini RF Microneedling?
In Vancouver, Infini RF microneedling can be used to address a wide range of cosmetic concerns, including:
- Wrinkles and fine lines
- Mild to moderate skin laxity on the face, jowls, neck, and décolletage
- Acne scars and surgical or traumatic scars
- Unwanted changes in skin tone and texture
- Combination treatment
How Long Does Treatment Take?
The length of treatment will depend on the size and number of areas to be treated, although most patients can plan for the procedure to take up to an hour. During your initial consultation, our doctors will discuss your concerns and evaluate your needs to develop a customized treatment plan to optimize your results.
Does It Hurt?
Your care and comfort are our highest priorities. We will apply a topical anesthetic to provide the most pleasant experience possible. Infini uses very fine needles to deliver the RF energy into the dermis (lower layer of skin), and most patients report only mild discomfort. Some individuals describe the sensation as a minor snapping or stinging. This feeling should pass shortly after the treatment is complete.
Are Multiple Treatments Necessary?
While some benefits should be visible after a single treatment, we typically recommend a series of 3 to 5 sessions to maximize the effects of Infini. During your initial appointment, we will let you know how many treatments should be necessary to achieve your desired outcome.
What Is Downtime Like?
Some minor pinpoint bleeding and redness are common and should fade over the course of about 24 hours or so. Some patients experience a small amount of bruising, which should also dissipate after a short period of time. You will be able to return to normal activity, including work, soon after the procedure, and makeup can be worn to cover any remaining symptoms after 24 hours have elapsed. Your skin in the treated area may also feel rough for approximately 2 or 3 days as it undergoes the healing process.
When Will I See the Results?
Infini offers gradual, natural-looking rejuvenation for the face and neck. You should begin to see the benefits after a few weeks, although you may notice greater skin radiance after a couple of weeks. Skin firming and smoothing should continue for several months after the completion of your treatment plan.
Cost of Infini RF Microneedling
Several factors will go into pricing Infini therapy, including the number of treatment sessions needed, the number of locations addressed, and other considerations. At our practices, Infini costs $300 per spot treatment or up to $3,600 for a package of treatments. We will provide a detailed overview of the estimated expense for your unique cosmetic program during your initial consultation.

Infini can be used alone or in combination with other non-surgical rejuvenation techniques. Many patients like to address deeper folds and volume loss with cosmetic injectables, such as dermal fillers. Laser skin resurfacing can also help improve skin texture and tone. If skin laxity is a primary concern, we also offer Ultherapy®, which uses ultrasonic technology.
