Responsibilities include:
The Reception/Sales is primarily responsible for providing front-line reception and the day-to-day support for Sales and Marketing activity.
- MediSpa etiquette and sales background knowledge is a must
- Comfortable with all sales aspects such as up-selling, cold calls and retention calls
- Book appointments and manage calendars, using a variety of software and systems
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining the inventory of office supplies
- Optimize patient flow, setting up rooms, and keep the clinic running smoothly
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities
Skills / Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years of reception experience with a strong administrative background in a sales/marketing environment
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively work individually, in a team environment, with customers and internal staff;
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and administrative/clerical skills
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office and experience with Google applications
