The Face Report is the first ever Canadian reference of it’s kind that looks at women’s beauty attitudes (including British Columbians) as they age. It also looks at a decade of facial aesthetic treatments that have made non-surgical procedures part of mainstream beauty for many women, starting with Botox Cosmetic which is celebrating 10 years in Canada this year.
8 in 10 (79%) of British Columbia women aged 30-60, agree that they feel more confident now than they did 10 years ago. They don’t mind getting older, but don’t want to look older.
62% of B.C. women wish they looked better for their age.
The majority (51%) of B.C. women say that their skin makes them look tired and stressed even when they are not.
73% of British Columbian women believe that Botox Cosmetic has become a more mainstream treatment, and one in four B.C. women (29%) are now open to having injectable treatments themselves.
The next four years will bring an 8% growth in injectable procedures in Canada
