CoolSculpting®  FAQs

Will this work for me?

Do you have bulges of fat that you have nicknamed love handle, saddlebag, back fat, or pot belly? If you can pinch the bulge, that is a good sign that CoolSculpting® may work for you.

How long until I see results?

Within about three weeks you will begin to see and feel improvements that will continue for 4 – 6 months after treatment. Once the fat is gone – it is gone!!

What is the cost of treatment?

At Ambleside Dermedics, we offer you the same price as our competitors. The prices are based on professional standards set by CoolSculpting®.  Discounts are offered on a sliding scale — the more treatments the larger the discount percentage.

Come in for a complimentary consultation with one of our skilled professionals, and they will create a customized treatment plan to meet your goals and your budget.

 What about side effects?

After the procedure, temporary side effects may include stinging, redness or bruising, swelling, and shooting pains. These are normal and will subside quickly. Some additional symptoms could occur, but these are rare. We will discuss all potential complications during your consultation.

Your needs and goals are unique, and we will evaluate you to determine if you’re an ideal candidate for CoolSculpting ® Not every individual will be qualified, and we offer additional options that can be used alternatively or in addition to CoolSculpting®. If you have a condition called cryoglobulinemia, or a condition called paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria (PCH), you should not have this treatment.
