If I want to find out about what can be done about my skin problem, how do I go about making an appointment?

We invite you to book a consultation with our doctors. At that time you can discuss your skin conditions and we will make recommendations on a treatment and give you details about the procedure and the cost.

Only if you do not cancel in advance or fail to show up for your consultation, will you be charged $100 plus GST.

What form of payment do you take?

We accept cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards.

I’m looking at getting some BOTOX®. Am I going to be all red and puffy after I get it and should I take some time off work?

No, there will be no visible change in your appearance after receiving BOTOX® Cosmetic and it is unlikely that you will get any bruising. The results from BOTOX® injections generally take 4 to 7 days.

Does it hurt getting BOTOX® injections?

There is very little discomfort with BOTOX® injections. A very small insulin needle is used for the injection after the area is iced.

How long does BOTOX® Cosmetic last?

The effects of BOTOX® will last between 3 to 4 months.

How long does dermal filler last?

The effects of dermal filler last between 9 months and a year. Generally we say 9 months, but it can be longer if it is added to an area that is not very expressive, thus has less movement.

I heard fillers really hurt, is that true?

There is a bit more discomfort with dermal injections but nothing significant. If you are sensitive, we can apply numbing cream to the area that is being treated and use a filler that has lidocaine in it. There can be some bruising after receiving dermal fillers. Schedule your consultation with our doctors today to learn more.
